My office is wherever you are.

That is the beauty of being a virtual client.

I offer flexible hours and do my best to meet your needs.

Sessions are 50 minutes.

I don’t participate in insurance panels, which allows me more flexibility in how I work. I’m happy to provide superbills for psychotherapy clients, and I offer sliding-scale options when I’m able to.

You can schedule an appointment through Psychology Today or via this link. I offer a free 15-minute consultation.

I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

I received my clinical training at Smith School for Social Work. I have over 27 years of experience as a psychotherapist and a coach.

I work with adult individuals and couples.
