About Therapy
Therapy is a journey.
And I’m here to walk alongside you throughout the entire process. I want to remove the challenge of what it is like to find a therapist and the possible negative connotations that might be related to being in therapy.
My first experience with finding a therapist for myself was like a mystery, so I understand how that can make one feel, and it shouldn’t be that difficult.
Therapy and coaching with me are collaborative. I follow your lead, honoring that you know yourself and your relationship best. While my experience helps guide the process, you remain in control of your goals and how you reach them. I hold the space and determine how the space is filled.
The goal of our work together is to create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we will work gently through fears and patterns that may be holding you back, helping you speak your truth and gain clarity about yourself, your relationship, and your next steps.
My approach fits your specific needs.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Therefore, I draw on multiple theoretical orientations when providing treatment to a diverse client population.
I am an empathetic, thoughtful practitioner who deeply believes in the strength of the therapeutic alliance and its potential to be a corrective and transformative experience.
I bring the skill, presence, and care needed to support you on your healing journey.
